7. Payment and Taxes

You agree to pay the fees and applicable taxes for your order, as set out in the quote, invoice, or order confirmation agreed with you, on time and using a valid payment method. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for any additional fees owed.

8. Refunds

If you have a concern about a delivery, please raise it promptly with your project contact or account manager. If it is not resolved, email us at hello@xwiz.io with the details and the reason for your concern. Refunds, whether full or partial, are provided at our discretion. Sharing the reason for your concern helps us improve our service.

9. Use of Your Name and Logo

By using the Service, you agree that we may list your name, brand name, and logo as part of our client list and marketing materials. If you would prefer that we not, please let us know in writing at hello@xwiz.io and we will remove the reference within a reasonable time.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including our website, software, APIs, interfaces, graphics, design, and code, is owned and operated by Xwiz. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of Xwiz or its affiliates. Nothing in these Terms gives you any right to use them without our prior written permission.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
